Will I have any problen trying Win 7 on virtual PC

i m using the beta version and the last date to activate is being over. so to activate,what i need to do..?

I just installed Windows 7. By default it took all drivers and everything is fine but problem is that my sound doesn't play. Before i used to istall Realtek but windows has taken by default High Definition Audio Driver.. It says working properly but not a sound i can here.. can you help i guess you can surely

That's Great!! I guess we shall start a Symbian Discussion Forum. This will help the developers as well as the IT Pros. And in few days I expect the author to post the list of all the phones which fall under Symbian S60 V1, V2, V3 or OS9.1 and S40 and many more.....

Note that S4o doesn't really support many softwares that are supported on S60 Platform. Let's take Nokia 6500 S-1 for example. It's a great phone, even it supports WiFi and the sound quality is Great but all those softwares available on the market cannot be installed on it, i.e. '.sis' extension files are not recognized by S40 phones.

Regarding my Nokia 6600, I do have plenty of softwares on the net and nowadays the palm solutions have developed a lot... which indeed is very good.

1) C Drive

4) Z Drive. This is the ROM of the phone. Whenever we format our phone or memory card, we lose our contents but formatting of the C: is possible only because of the availability of ROM which, I guess in my Nokia 6600 is 22 MB. And as its name suggests, the contents of this drive cannot be altered.

Yuppp, have a look at this code. This is one of the most useful code-tricks. Why should you waste your money when you know what formatting of a phone really means and when you know how to do it...just gather the applications that you need and modify your phone as you want it to be.

My Nokia phone is Nokia 6600

But it cannot be connected to the PC via USB port, for it has no physical port to be connected. Now what is the way for me to upgrade my Phone's Software??

Also, I couldn't find my phone model in the list available in the above URL. Does this mean that I cannot upgrade my software??

Multitasking and multiprocessing developed earlier and multi desktop concept also evolved earlier. Graphically, they were not much efficient though. Desktop Cube's a cool one.

yeah, INSTALL FEST at Thapathali was a great event to attend..at the initial stage, I personally felt that the program was weird due to the unmanaged and uninterested crowd. But later when Allen sir, took over the floor, I guess everything caught the harmony. And it was a great time for  me, as I was given an opportunity to share my experience among the students of the Host Campus. Well, I do not intend to do an install fest of such scale, rather would be small from my college. Many things to learn yet, I will take all the feedbacks for the betterment of the install fest at my college. Hope to meet all the MSPs at the Install Fest at New Summit College.

i got following problem plz help me "There's a problem connecting to the POP mail server. Make sure that the server name and port you entered are correct. The best way to do this is to check with your other e-mail provider. You're looking for the "incoming mail server", which is probably listed under something like "POP access settings"."

I don't think host record is necessary before hand.it should be created inside zone once you create a Zone. DNS automatically adds Name server record for the created zone.

Today, I got my friend his thumbdrive bootable. He was installing Win 7 with it, but got some problem midway. Now when he tried to set first boot priority to USB device, his machine won't boot from his USB (Don't know why it happens, it happened to me before). I think your solution works in such a situation.
