# re: Configuring WLW for Community Blogs

Thank you Kushal for your effort but i don't think the technetnepal.net is a community server type of blog.......but it is a

Atom publishing Protocal type of blog.....so i think there is a small mistake..........i would like to prefer you to visit thisblog of mine in msdnnepal.net.

msdnnepal.net/.../blog-with-your-windows-live-writer.aspx

Thank you.

# re: Configuring WLW for Community Blogs

I dunno what kind of blog is Technetnepal, but one thing I can make sure is, all the above steps are working well for me. And these two posts were made with the help of WLW.

Actually, I knew this from Maria Green from the blogs forum where she had pointed to msdnnepal's forum. Guys, follow these steps, I assure all of you that technetnepal.net is a community based portal because u can find 'Powered by Community Server'. This makes sense.

I tried the above steps and then I was successfully able to import my templates and other settings too....

And this might be also possible that, two ways lead to a common point??? But believe me guys, this work well for me and should work well for u tooo

# re: SAVING a SilverLight Media for Offline purpose

yeah MSP PhotoChain's a special case and an innovation of SilverLight Technology. Actually what the MSP PhotoChain has is:

A Silverlight application

and the images we see are loaded separately from a remote server.

Thus there are different components. For further informations on the MSP PhotoChain file structure, please try SilverLight Spy.

This provides a good knowledge on how a SilverLight Application is structured.

# re: Batch Convert *.docx files to *.doc : an easy approach

NICE approach kushal.

But you dont need to enable the developer tab to be able to record or edit or create a macro. There is macro button available at the view tab where you can click macro button and then view macro to create or edit one.

Enabling the developer tab is useless in this case.
