# re: Welcome

Hello Maria. It's nice to attend the today's conference from you for Microsoft. I got to learn that Microsoft is doing something for Nepal, and I'm sure we won't be giving any chance to Microsoft for any compunction.

And also nice to talk to you.

Remember! I'm the guy who talked to you at the end of the conference and requested for a snap as a souvenir.

I hope you do.

Looking forward to hear you from, in future.

# re: Windows 7 Beta availability ends at February 10

I am really thankful to Microsoft for designing windows 7 with low hardware requirements. I am much eager to use windows 7 Beta but I have no idea how I can get it. Download link has been already closed however we don't have enough bandwidth to download. Can Microsoft provides copy of windows 7 Beta to IT colleges in Nepal so that we can easily test windows 7 and  be updated with modern technology.

# re: SQL Server 2008

Hi Ma'm:

Now the link seems to be destined. Actually, I had problems while downloading this e-book, but not while accessing the link given above or signing in with my LIVE ID.

After signing in and completing all the procedures, there comes a page, where a 'Download' link button is shown and after clicking there, nothing happened. But I guess, there was problem with my browser...with IE I wasn't able to download but with some other browser, now I am able to do so.

And could you please brief about what actually the extension '.pl' is??currently, I've been downloading a file called

That would be helpful.

Thanks a lot for your response.

# re: SQL Server 2008

I'm using IE8 but haven't tried other browsers. The extension .pl is a pdf loader that display the document in your brower when opening.
