It takes only few simple steps on downloading your required Microsoft softwares and extracting their serial keys from your ELMS account.

1. First you'll receive a mail titled User Import  from system_mail@e-academy.com or elms_support@e-academy.com.This mail will lead you to the process of downloading serial key of Microsoft software of your choice

2. Log in to your account on http://msdn70.e-academy.com/cosmos-infotech with the password provided to you.

3. Once you’ve logged in you can search for specific software of your choice.

4. Once you’ve selected the product you want to download you’ll see the description of the product.

5. Please read the contents of the terms and conditions, and only choose to agree or disagree after you’ve understood the content.

6. Snapshot is a display of your shopping cart. Select continue to download more product or check out to confirm your download.

7. Insert your information and confirm its accuracy before selecting next to continue.

8. Click on ‘Download’ to begin downloading.  (Unit price should display ‘$0.00)

9. In this page, you’ll see a license key(in this case has been highlighted to respect the IP law).

10. You can choose to just get the license key or to download the installer.
