imageWith six different global themes on human development, the Institute of Cultural Affairs is organizing the 8th Global Conference on Human Development from Today, October 29, 2012 at Hotel Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Kathmandu. Since 1984, the Institute of Cultural Affairs International has hosted seven international conferences concerned with the human factor in development and reemergence of civil society.
