 This icon is not seems on taskbar during internet is running and not running as well.

hey

Try this : type gpedit.msc from run and goto users configuration >Administrative tools>start menu and taskbar>(on right panel) Remove the Networking Icon >disable> apply

open cmd from run and run gpupdate /force

you may need to Reboot.

There is only option for Start Menu. I really unable to found "Remove the Networking Icon".

now   Right Click on taskbar > Properties > notification area > Check Network' > Apply > Ok
