The digital citizen is actually is the citizen being wise in the cyber world as well as in the real world.
To live responsibly in these world with the digital materials. To respect the own creation as well as other creatiive contents. i.e Respect your work and Respect other's intellectual property.

If i copy my foto from Facebook, Does it break the rule ? I dont think so.
I"ve copy lots of fotos from fb, if it is to public then is not protected. u can copy from fb. The owner should protect their foto themselves for protection.
Yes you are right I think.! If any body do not want their photo to public in facebook then why should they allow to view there all Photos. They have to protect their photo themselves. Terms and Conditions are must be read clearly.
Yes Ashok, But If we secure our foto before some misuse by someone we have to protect it, let allow the foto authority to trusted one only,
