Mahesh, you gotta get real.
You could have easily got to run TC in Windows Vista/7 or Linux or Mac:http://www.khattam.info/2009/05/04/turbo-c-ide-running-on-linux-windows-vista-windows-7-or-mac-os/
BTW, TC is a very old program and needs replacement. You can use Code::Blocks instead of TC and do C/C++ programming. It is a lot better. More on this:http://www.khattam.info/2009/05/04/turbo-c-ide-a-look-at-the-alternatives/
Did you try the latest Proteus version? Or look for alternatives such as Eagle+Spice.
I don't know about Embedded Development, but I'm sure there are alternatives to Keil that do run under Windows 7.
I'm not sure about Microvision. What software are you referring to?
And BTW, which OS did you choose? The same about a decade old virus OS? Or did you go for Linux?

if installed x64 then you cannot run TC however you may use "Xp mode" for TC.
Don’t be idiot by arguing with an idiot .
@gandip
You can run TC on x64 Windows using dosbox. Dosbox is available for x64 Windows too. And even on x86, Fullscreen is not supported without dosbox.
Also, XP mode requires huge download and may not be supported by all processors (the processor needs to have Hardware Virtualization support, and that is only available with expensive Intel C2D and AMD processors and +. Google for supported lists.). Also, I'm not sure if TC works with Full Screen (Have you tried it yourself? Anyone else?)
