Error 117 (net::ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT): Unknown error.

Ravi, Can we know that on what process you got the error??? can we have a bit more detail abt this error??? it seems like the nature of error is due to SLL Authentication....but also i would like to have a bit more detail on this. Thank you

This is a certificate error . you usually get while opening site. are you getting this error in chrome?

yes its and error while i tried to access a website of Nabil Bank Pvt Ltd and this is for sure a certificate error....and i need a solution for this.

Its the error that follows both on chrome and IE 8 but I am able to access the site on IE7 so a bit confused..

I think this error is seen usually when you are behind a proxy.(maybe your isp has proxy settings or maybe you do)

 

In Firefox (or its other forks), you can get around by "I understand the risks">"Add Exception">"Confirn Security Exception" and it should work fine.
