the cd/dvd drives is lost from the computer and while trying to boot from cd the line called boot from cd is not shown

Just try to uninstall the driver of CD/DVD from the device manager and let the window 7 to install the driver automatically.....if it doesn't work then try to check your cable that is connecting CD/DVD and motherboard....coz i just saw another warning on you device manager of your IDE cable.... here i have highlighted.

Check your power cable and data cable connected to your cd/dvd drive. :P
yes, as Saiyeek says. It might fault on power cable and data cable connection...check it and ressemble once and...off course try your setting bios optimal default.
