stuck in live writer configuration

hi all,

i was configuring live writer and i got stuck at one palce. what is the blog type we need to select? there are option like wordpress.com, blogger etc. i have attached a pic of it here.

if you are blogging for technetnepal.net u must use the option community server in best of my knowledge

i chose community server but again below that  remote posting url not correct error. what might be the problem?

sir you have spelled my name wrong , because its spandan not else.
